Left on the march

Click on photo for pictures of the march in support of the "process of change" and against fascism and racism held in Cochabamba last week. The rightwing media had been darkly warning of violence saying campesinos had come to provoke conflict but the march was very peaceful, determined yet celebratory and included all sectors of society: campesinos, cocaleros (coca growers), students, teachers, middle class and people from the more impoverished neighbourhoods to the south of the city.
