Evo Morales, indigenous leader and coca-grower addresses a packed press conference. He played a careful line. On hydrocarbons, he said he would nationalise hydrocarbons but wouldn't nationalise the assets of multinationals. On coca, he said he had a policy of "zero cocaine and zero narco-trafficking, but not a policy of zero coca or zero cocaleros."
